Technology & Adaptation Team

• Leads the development, testing, and adaptation of digital platforms, AI-assisted tools, and system integration frameworks to ensure solutions are responsive, scalable, and locally owned.

IT & Systems Development Team

• Manages the design, architecture, and maintenance of IDIA’s digital infrastructure, including dashboards, web portals, and interoperability frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Team

Drives strategic engagement with government, donors, and civil society; leads knowledge translation, advocacy, and digital communications.

Administration & Operations Team

Oversees institutional governance, financial systems, grants management, HR, and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
